You can use any nut butter you’d like in these and can sub date syrup or date paste for the maple syrup.

Blend:

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 3 T aquafaba
  • 1/2 c cashew butter
  • 4 dates
  • 1/4 c maple syrup
  • 1 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soa
  • 1/3 c cacao powder
  • pinch salt

Spoon into muffin tin or loaf pan and bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
